Poor welds on fuel system
Item never shipped
Bought a Classic GT bike frame with detached tank back in May,2019. Received a tracking number informing my that the frame is on the way.
Been checking the tracking number weekly and as per USPS they are awaiting the item to be delivered to USPS. Emailed and was told that the item was sent and then returned back to Gasbike and then they said that something was wrong with my address. I had placed a second order for additional items after my purchase of the frame and had received those items so I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with my address. Still waiting as of today Aug.
2019 and tracking number provided by Gasbike still shows USPS waiting for item. Just checked there website and the frame is no longer listed.
I don’t want a refund or a substitute, I just want my frame and better communication from them. If the frame is on back order just inform me and I will wait.

They sent the part that was missing from the kit.
After leaving critical reviews on gasbike.net and on this site, they actually sent me the missing part. It only took about a month to get resolution (sarcasm intended).
I'm reluctant to change my rating as good customer service is paramount when dealing with a company, and gasbike had terrible customer service. I made numerous calls and sent several emails to no avail.
It was only once I started leaving poor reviews that they cared to take care of my issue. I'll update my review in the future to include actual info about the engine kit i purchased, now that I'm able to complete the build.

Gasbike has no valid Contact Number or any other form to get a hold of them for Customer Service. So, what happens now?
Am I out $163.00. Gone just like that? I've had two motorbikes that I built from ground up. Each one gone to someone who thought would help themselves to someone's property.
Now this SCAM with Gasbike?
This was or would be my transport to work. I can't afford to buy another engine.

Well I ordered the 8g bike for 399 in may 2019. They couldn't tell me when it was going to be shipped .
When I did get it . I was missing the 415 main motor chain . I contacted them they wanted to see a picture how can you take a picture of a missing item . Next as I am trying to assemble it it was missing 4 bolts that hold the motor on the bracket.
Note I am as of June 4th still trying to put it together. Next the motor sprocket is basically in so far over it lines up in the center of the actual tire . I have tried to contact them for all my issue s they have called or sent back 1once I want a refund . But they don't contact me.
DO NOT BUY ANY thing .
I am basically screwed for 400 $ and I am furious. They don't answer they're phone .
Support is not good
i paid $600.00 on pre sale 3 months ago just got the bike they claim the speed is 25mph not even close i can only go 12mph when i try to get some top end all it does is spit and sputter i was only able to ride for 15 min went home not good I have sent many e-mails phone calls so far no response i will give them till the rest of the week after that time to contact FTC and our AG so on and so forth ,local news i am not happy

Not supersized, I have never ordered from them, but I have a friend that did. He ordered a frame that was bent and eventually cracked. If Robert Antley (the manager of this company and owner and manager of Zeda motor sports) has anything to do with the company, it will continue to have bad service.
Well they fixed everything. It took a day, but they came through.
Guess maybe I should have given them a little more time before getting so upset.
In the long run shipping and a manufacturing error seem to be the true falts with this product. They also proved they had updated the model and photos in the 5 days it took for me to get the bike...
