Unacceptable company
The past 2 months I've tried to order two different motors for my bicycle and neither came. I chopped up the first engine due to maybe a wrong address,because I recently moved.
However when I ordered another engine, it never showed up either. So now I'm out of about $500.00!
And still don't have any transportation to travel to the other side of town to visit my ailing mother. And no one responds to my emails or phone calls.

Respond when someone reaches out to you! This is the second bike motor I've ordered and I can't keep throwing away my hard-earned money.
No response to my emails? What kind of company is this? From this day forward, I'll be seeking legal help and advice. This is unacceptable.
I ordered this almost three Fridays ago. I need some answers.

My bike came with Bent Forks. You guys sent me another pair which is the wrong color.
The fork was missing the center span or not I guess you would call it so I had to order one of those to put the new Fork on. There was a big gouge in the frame which touch of paint is not going to actually repair. A leaking gas tank that I have to patch. The wrong size sprocket that I order is supposed to be the 44 tooth.
Supposedly my rack rear rack the parents is coming Wednesday but there's also supposed to be a bag for that also. I also have not received my headlight. I believe I should get a little money back for this. I did pay for a brand new bike in full.
And it's not a brand new bike.
Brand new isn't something that's got to be patched and a part that's the wrong color. What can we do about this situation I would love to have some money back I think that would be the right thing for you to do!

Still waiting on parts. No one will speak to me or reply to my message's
On Feb. 19th I bought and paid for a throttle cable for a Phatmoto Rover and was told I would get an email with a shipping #.
I never got that email and when I call no one will answer. Live chat is just a bot. They wont answer or return calls or emails. I've called and sent emails many times and nothing from them.
It feels like they locked up one night and never went back. Don't order anything from these people.

Looking for heavy duty motor mount for 212 predator engine

Your product is a piece of ***
Since I purchased the All terrain Ltd: 1) kickstand broke 2) Rear axle bent destroyed bushings 3)saddle bags had holes in them and I lost all my tools 4)tensioner for rear wheel drive train fell off and is lost (2nd ride) 5) Rear tire blew and stranded me 6)I purchased the rear wheel sprocket that was supposed to allow me to go 32mph and the governor will not allow that (21mph fastest it will go) 7) air filter and cover case dislodged and disappeared. I have had this bike for just over 30 days and am so disappointed.
I want my money back. I am so frustrated with this thing I want to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorneys General.

Kickstand broke off

The bike falls apart.
The bike is *** terrible. Customer service is *** dumb.
How can I mess up a clutch that doesnt even work?
The bike wont move if the clutch doesnt move, but *** customer service says other wise.
Weve been selling for 10 years & yall still havent figured out all the issues with th bikes yet? Like a said, *** terrible.

My son order a 2 stoke bike motor. The clutch will not engage the engine.
Called GasBike. They said the clutch needs adjusting. Told them we have adjusted it all the way tight and it still slips and will not engage the engine. GasBike will do nothing about this.
They are just leaving us hanging. We have something we paid for that is not usable.
We will have to spend more money to buy new clutch pads that will work. GasBike would not help us at all.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

They stole my money and people should know
I purchased a gas powered bike from Gas Bikes during Covid 19 this past year. When the bike arrived I had 2 mechanics try and assemble the bike, Turns out it was defective, the front fork was welded backwards.
I called and emailed for 6 weeks straight. They refused my return and left me with a non-working pile of *** Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had.
The company is horrible as well as the people working there. Stay away from GasBike, total shady crooks

Ordered a trAnny kit. And all but one part looked good not used .when I got to clutch no good rattles no way yo attach to shaft. Scratch and beat up other parts minor scratch es but clutch is a return and they sent it to me and wont replaced e do not get your motorized parts at gasbike ner!!dont do it you.ll be sorry like me and out of money
