On Feb. 19th I bought and paid for a throttle cable for a Phatmoto Rover and was told I would get an email with a shipping #. I never got that email and when I call no one will answer. Live chat is just a bot. They wont answer or return calls or emails. I've called and sent emails many times and nothing from them. It feels like they locked up one night and never went back. Don't order anything from these people.

Since I purchased the All terrain Ltd: 1) kickstand broke 2) Rear axle bent destroyed bushings 3)saddle bags had holes in them and I lost all my tools 4)tensioner for rear wheel drive train fell off and is lost (2nd ride) 5) Rear tire blew and stranded me 6)I purchased the rear wheel sprocket that was supposed to allow me to go 32mph and the governor will not allow that (21mph fastest it will go) 7) air filter and cover case dislodged and disappeared. I have had this bike for just over 30 days and am so disappointed.

I want my money back. I am so frustrated with this thing I want to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorneys General.

The bike is *** terrible. Customer service is *** dumb. How can I mess up a clutch that doesnt even work? The bike wont move if the clutch doesnt move, but *** customer service says other wise. Weve been selling for 10 years & yall still havent figured out all the issues with th bikes yet? Like a said, *** terrible. Waste of money!!!!!

No Service After Receiving Order

My son order a 2 stoke bike motor. The clutch will not engage the engine. Called GasBike. They said the clutch needs adjusting. Told them we have adjusted it all the way tight and it still slips and will not engage the engine. GasBike will do nothing about this. They are just leaving us hanging. We have something we paid for that is not usable. We will have to spend more money to buy new clutch pads that will work. GasBike would not help us at all.

I purchased a gas powered bike from Gas Bikes during Covid 19 this past year. When the bike arrived I had 2 mechanics try and assemble the bike, Turns out it was defective, the front fork was welded backwards. I called and emailed for 6 weeks straight. They refused my return and left me with a non-working pile of *** Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. The company is horrible as well as the people working there. Stay away from GasBike, total shady crooks

Ordered a trAnny kit. And all but one part looked good not used .when I got to clutch no good rattles no way yo attach to shaft. Scratch and beat up other parts minor scratch es but clutch is a return and they sent it to me and wont replaced e do not get your motorized parts at gasbike ner!!dont do it you.ll be sorry like me and out of money

What happened was I got my order and everything has been great so far. I have the motor together and it looks great. I just need to mount it I need to get some more things from you and will order in the next few days. Its weird i cannot call you guys. It's like your locked down and you are trying to avoid a psychopathic disgruntled customer who is pissed! I am not one of those people. I'm just building a cool bike and a friend recommended you guys to me. I am not pissed, but do far a happy customer. Thank you for the help and the quick shipment. I appreciate it very much. Gasbike - Poor gas tank, poor customer service

i ordered 700$ worth of stuff from gasbikes and first time a-ok a prepackaged order. The second was mislabeled on my address so it caused a delivery delay and the item arrived used condition with 2stroke oil dripping and gas fumes coming from a gas tank that also had 2 of the 4 mounting posts rusted out so bad the pre-installed(only item pre-assembled) and there were two puncture holes on the packages and two side by side dents on the gas tank. So i got a rusty, used, dented tank. 6 weeks after the order i recieved my engine mount that wasn't shipped but i paid for fed ex delivery and they reshiped via snail mail. Ive lost the customer wanting a bike build and had to pay interest on my project too because of delay and *** poor shipping dept.

Ordered a their "Thunder Shark Pro Racing 66cc/80cc Bicycle Engine Kit - 5.0 HP" kit. Unfortunately, the "Boost Expansion Chamber Muffler" head does not fit with the "Shark Racing CNC Cylinder Head". Also, the sprocket and the chain don't mesh! I was terribly disappointed as I bought a kit thinking my build would be easy. Upon contacting gasbike - it took days to get a response. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they said it couldn't be an issue b/c they sell hundreds of these kits. They also told me to look at the picture on the website as it shows the muffler with that head. Ironically when looking at the pic - it's a different head!!! They did offer to do an exchange, so I shipped my parts back. I was told when I sent a return shipping tracking number they would ship the new parts. After sending my tracking number and inquiring about it - I had one of their salespersons call and yell at me for sending too many emails - when I onlly sent one! This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with and have yet to receive anything! It's been 4 weeks! Be forewarned, not all the kit parts fit!!! AND If you have any issues, you're on your own!!! As of right now I've LOST OVER $150 inparts! ... and I'm still waiting. KNOW THAT gasbike.net AND kingsmotorbikes.com are the SAME company!!! RUN FROM BOTH! Do yourself a favor, simply call their phone number. You won't get an answer and after about 5 minutes it will simply hang up. Save yourself the hassle - go somewhere else - it's not worth the money you might save - assuming you don't have any issues.
